These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases made through our online store, in-person transactions, and styling services (collectively, the “Services”). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any applicable laws.

2. Products & Services

Evermore Style & Co. offers:

  • Retail products (online and in-person)
  • Consignment merchandise
  • Personal styling services (home and wardrobe)

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee your device’s display reflects true color.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing errors
  • Inventory discrepancies

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders where required by law.

4. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases, including:

  • Online orders
  • Consignment items
  • In-person / POS purchases

5. Styling Services

All styling services are governed by our separate Styling Services Policy.

By booking a styling service, you agree that:

  • All service fees are non-refundable
  • Services are personalized and final sale
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and notice requirements

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Evermore Style & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, branding, logos, text, and design—is the property of Evermore Style & Co. and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
